I work @ Full-Link Plaza, Beijing, until this Sep.

This is our conference room, we spend 1 hr here taking about our daily work everyday.

Take another look at the conference room, we have several teams, each team owns a table, I work for both core developing team and software engineering team, ours is in the middle.

At the begining of a day, big boss in charge of tech is giving instructions. today, a even bigger boss is listening quietly, cos he knows nothing about what we're talking about

OK, here we go, the empty desk with 2 Philips monitors is one of my work place.

The guy sitting next to me, we call him BiG Mac, director of core engineering, he's in charge in this area. He's also a huge Apple fan.

You can see that our team's place is located in the corner. We mainly cover the core developing work here.

After 9am, our main office looks like this, almost everyone is working together, the biggest boss think it can build up a more steady relationship between co-workers and increase the work efficiency in this way. We also have enough individual offices for those who don't want to be disturbed or who has some confidential works to do. It's our own choice, but most of us would rather choose to work in the main office.

Here's my another office, the intern's office, basicly I spend most of my work time here with the other 4 interns, I'm in charge here, i recuit them myself. You can see our new Cisco VoIP conference solution on the desk, we can set up a virtual conference room with any one by it, even with co-works in the U.S. head quarter, it's not finished yet.

After lunch time, what are they doing???

Let's take a closer look......They are playing Wii. No one can compete with me in this game!

Except him, I don't really know whose kid he is, but our Will always has his spit mark on it.

Here's another rest area, we got a PlayStation here. I took this photo during working time, so no one around.

This is our kitchen, enough coffee and instant food, all for free, the pic is a little bit blur.

Our old servers, we don't quite use them now, just to store some back-ups.

Our new servers, we run our systems and do analysis on them, you can see that they are less in volume but better in performance. We keep 15 degree in the server room all around the year, and it's a popular area in the summer.
